Oldsmar sits at the top of Old Tampa Bay, and its homes are newer than most of Pinellas. The median home here was built in the late 1980s, so rooflines are usually clean and easy to light permanently. We mount the track once, and you switch between Christmas color, Bucs red and pewter on game day, and warm white every other night from your phone.

Keywest Lights & Electric is an Authorized Dealer and installer of JellyFish Lighting and an independent licensed electrical contractor (EC13014717), based in Seminole. We are not JellyFish Lighting, the company. Every Oldsmar install starts with a free estimate and a written proposal. Install dates are booking now.

Gated golf-course homes in East Lake Woodlands

East Lake Woodlands is a large gated community with two golf courses and dozens of sub-associations. Long, multi-gable rooflines facing the fairways are a natural fit for permanent lights: Christmas color in December, and soft warm white the rest of the year so the house never looks like it has a light show running. We work with your HOA’s approval process and can provide a product sheet and a simple layout for your application.

Newer homes, Tampa Electric territory

Only about a quarter of Oldsmar homes were built before 1980, so many garages already have a usable outlet for the controller. Oldsmar is mostly Tampa Electric territory (some addresses are Duke), and either way the lights plug into your home’s outlet, so nothing changes on your utility account. The city’s holiday tree lighting and winter festival bring people out every December, and a lit roofline shows up well on the drive home.
