How we run a government construction job
We break the electrical scope into phases on bid day, so the schedule, crew sizes and pay applications line up from the start: underground and site work, demolition on renovations, rough-in (conduit, boxes, feeders and wire pulls), trim (devices, fixtures, landing circuits and testing), then closeout and punch list.
Before mobilizing we prepare submittals and product data for review. During the job we answer RFIs, keep marked-up drawings current for as-builts, and line up inspections with the building official. At closeout you get as-built drawings, typed panel schedules, and the O&M and warranty documents the contract calls for.
