FAQ
Can you work after hours so we don’t have to close? Yes. We’re open 24/7 and can schedule disruptive work before or after business hours. After-hours work is billed at our after-hours rate, and we quote it up front.
Are you insured and bonded? Yes. We’re licensed (EC13014717), insured and bondable up to $1 million.
Do you handle permits for commercial work? Yes. We pull commercial electrical permits and coordinate inspections. Note that some jurisdictions, such as the City of Seminole, require commercial projects to use a private provider for plan review and inspections. We’ll factor that into the schedule.
Do you service multiple locations? Yes, across Pinellas County and the Tampa Bay area within roughly 40 miles of Seminole. See service areas.
What’s the difference between commercial service and construction? Service is repairs, upgrades and maintenance in an operating building. Construction is new work and build-outs, usually under a GC. We do both. Build-outs & TI →
