Who we are

Keywest Lights & Electric (legally Keywest Lights, Inc.) is a Florida-licensed electrical contractor, license EC13014717. We’re based at 6248 Seminole Blvd in Seminole. We do electrical service and construction for residential, commercial and government customers. See our six divisions.

We started Keywest Lights & Electric in 2010 after seeing too much electrical work done by unqualified contractors cutting corners. The goal then is the same today: do the job right the first time, stand behind every project, and build a company where skilled electricians can have real careers.

Ownership

Keywest Lights & Electric is a family-run, 51% woman-owned business. It’s led by Carol Einstein, majority owner (51%), with Mark Einstein, co-owner and the company’s licensed electrical contractor (EC13014717). Together they’ve served Tampa Bay since 2010.

What we believe

  • Do it right the first time. Permitted, inspected, code-compliant work that doesn’t need a callback.
  • Tell people the truth. If you don’t need a service upgrade, we’ll say so. If a cheaper fix is safe, we’ll offer it.
  • Respect the property. Drop cloths, clean panels, labeled circuits, and no mess left behind.
  • Be there when it breaks. Electrical problems don’t keep business hours, so we don’t either.
  • Safety for clients and crew. Every job.
