Residential Electrical Service

One call for everything electrical in your home, from a dead outlet to a whole-house rewire.

We’re a licensed Florida electrical contractor (EC13014717), and residential service work is a core part of what we do. When you call, a real person answers 24/7. When we arrive, we diagnose the actual problem, explain your options, and give you the price before we start.

Home electrical services

Built for Pinellas homes

Much of Pinellas County’s housing went up between the 1950s and 1980s. That means original panels, aluminum branch wiring in some 1960s–70s homes, two-prong outlets, and services sized before central AC, pools and EVs. Add salt air near the beaches and summer lightning, and you get the problems we see every week: corroded panels and meter cans, failed outdoor GFCIs, and surge-damaged electronics. We know what to look for.

How a service call works

  1. Call or book online. Tell us what’s going on, and photos help.
  2. We diagnose. We find the cause, not just the symptom.
  3. You approve the price. No surprise invoices.
  4. We fix it right. Permitted when required, tested, and cleaned up.

FAQ

Do you charge extra for nights and weekends? Yes. After-hours calls are billed at our after-hours rate, and we’ll tell you the price before we start. Member Care Plan members get 7% off after-hours labor. We answer 24/7, so you can always reach us when something goes wrong.

My breaker keeps tripping. Is that dangerous? A breaker that trips is doing its job: it’s protecting a circuit that’s overloaded or has a fault. Repeated tripping, a breaker that won’t reset, or a burning smell means it’s time to call. Don’t keep resetting it.

Can you replace two-prong outlets with three-prong outlets? Yes, the right way. That means running a ground, or installing GFCI protection and labeling the outlets as code allows. Just swapping in a three-prong outlet without a ground isn’t safe or legal.

Can you look at my manufactured or mobile home? Call us and tell us about it. Manufactured homes have specific service and feeder requirements, and we’ll tell you up front what’s needed.

Do you offer warranties on your work? Siemens panels in our Best tier carry a 10-year warranty. Silver and Gold Member Care Plans include an 18- or 24-month workmanship warranty.
