Member Care Plans

Member Plans: 7% off labor, plus scheduled electrical safety visits and trip credits.

Electrical problems are cheaper to catch early than to repair after something fails. A Member Care Plan puts a licensed electrician (Florida license EC13014717) in front of your panel on a schedule, and saves you money when you need us between visits.

Call (727) 476-7079 to enroll. We’ll help you pick the right plan.

Who plans are for

  • Homeowners who want the panel, surge protection and wiring checked regularly, especially in older homes or near salt air
  • Renters are welcome too: you’re the member, and panel work or repairs need the property owner’s OK
  • Businesses that can’t afford surprise downtime: restaurants, retail, offices, warehouses

Plan terms, in short

  • Term and billing: 12 months, paid monthly by auto-pay. Your first payment is charged the day you sign up.
  • Renewal: Plans renew automatically each year at the then-current price. We’ll remind you in writing 45 to 75 days before renewal. To stop renewal, tell us in writing at least 15 days before your renewal date.
  • Cancel anytime with 30 days’ written notice. If you haven’t used any benefits, we refund your plan payments minus a one-time setup charge. If you have used benefits, you pay back the value of what you used minus the plan payments you’ve made. Often that’s nothing.
  • Trip credits are for business-hours calls only. After-hours calls are billed at our after-hours rate, less 7%.
  • One address per plan. Benefits reset each plan year, don’t roll over, and have no cash value.
  • Repairs are quoted separately. Parts, materials, code upgrades, permits and repairs aren’t included in the plan fee. We quote them first and only do the work with your approval.
  • What a visit is: A plan visit is a visual and operational check of the electrical equipment we can safely reach. It isn’t a code inspection, an engineering study, a warranty or insurance.

FAQ

Is there a contract? Yes. It’s a 12-month plan paid monthly by auto-pay. It renews yearly unless you tell us in writing at least 15 days before renewal, and we’ll remind you 45 to 75 days ahead.

Can I cancel? Anytime, with 30 days’ written notice. If you haven’t used any benefits, you get your plan payments back minus a one-time setup charge. If you have, you pay back the value of the benefits you used minus what you’ve already paid, and often you owe nothing.

Do trip credits work at 2 a.m.? No. Trip credits are for business-hours calls. We still answer 24/7, and as a member, after-hours calls are billed at our after-hours rate less 7%.

Does the 7% discount cover materials or repairs? No. The 7% applies to all labor, with no yearly cap. Parts, materials, equipment, permits and repairs are quoted separately.

Is a plan visit a code inspection or a warranty? No. It’s a visual and operational check of the equipment we can safely reach. We’ll tell you what we find, and any repair we recommend is quoted separately and only done with your approval.
