FAQ
Can you add recessed lights without tearing up my ceiling? In most single-story homes with attic access, yes. Retrofit LED wafers need only a small hole per light.
Why do my LED lights flicker? Often it’s an incompatible dimmer or a loose connection. Sometimes it’s a sign of a bigger wiring issue. We’ll diagnose it.
Do outdoor lights need a permit? New circuits and many outdoor lighting changes require an electrical permit. Treasure Island, for example, lists exterior lighting changes among the work that needs one. We handle permits where required.
Do you do low-voltage landscape lighting? Yes. We install the transformer, a dedicated outdoor receptacle and the fixture layout.
