How we work with GCs and owners
- Plan review. We go through drawings and specs and flag conflicts or missing information early.
- Clear proposal. Scope, exclusions, allowances and schedule in writing.
- Permits and inspections. We pull the electrical permit and coordinate inspections with the building department, or a private provider where one is required.
- Utility coordination with Duke Energy, TECO or FPL for the new service.
- Closeout. Labeled panels, as-built notes and a clean handoff.

Do you take projects outside Tampa Bay? Yes, for larger projects. Service calls and smaller projects: within about 40 miles of Seminole. Larger commercial, government and construction projects: anywhere in Florida.
What size projects do you take on? Commercial projects up to $2 million. We’re licensed, insured and bondable up to $1 million.
