How we work with GCs and owners
- Plan review: we review drawings and specs and flag conflicts or missing information early
- Clear proposal: scope, exclusions, allowances and schedule in writing
- Permits and inspections: we pull the electrical permit and coordinate inspections. Some jurisdictions, such as the City of Seminole, require commercial projects to use a private provider for plan review and inspections. We plan for it.
- On-site coordination with other trades, so the job runs on schedule
- Closeout: labeled panels, as-built notes and a clean handoff
