Is a single ceiling fan too small a job? No. No job too small.
Can you add a fan where there’s only a light? Usually. The box has to be fan-rated, and we’ll replace it if it isn’t.
How often should smoke detectors be replaced? Check the date on the back. Manufacturers generally recommend replacing smoke alarms about every 10 years.
Can you install fixtures I bought? Yes, as long as they’re UL-listed.
