Trinity is one of the newest communities we reach. In this part of southwest Pasco County, the Census median year built is 2006. The whole community sits in ZIP 34655, and nearby in that same ZIP is Jay B. Starkey Wilderness Park, Pasco’s 8,300-acre park run jointly with the water management district. Our shop at 6248 Seminole Blvd is about 25.8 miles away in a straight line.

Why a newer home might still need panel work
A 2000s-era panel could easily be in fine shape. What changes is the load. Bolting on a car charger, heating a pool, wiring a standby inlet or building an addition may push a panel past what it was sized for. The current board might absorb it, or it might not. A load calculation settles it.
After heavy rain
When Hurricane Milton came through, a gauge three miles east-northeast of Trinity measured 11.30 inches of rain, the hurricane center’s figures show. Damp equipment deserves a look before you lean on it again.
What you get
You’ll see our recommendation on paper before any work. Should replacement win out, surge suppression for the entire home rides along at no extra step, and permitting is handled start to finish.
Behind the truck is a company a woman owns, Keywest Lights & Electric, operating under EC13014717. Trinity jobs carry our 24-month labor promise, or 60 months for Member Care households.
