Upgrading a mid-1980s service
Equipment of that age may lack space for added circuits, or show corrosion and heat marks. After a load calculation, we size the new panel and service for today’s air conditioning, kitchen and charging demand.
Surge suppression, included
Included in every upgrade: a whole-home surge suppressor at the new panel, which bleeds off transients ahead of the branch circuits.
Rentals and duplexes
For an owner with a rental, we coordinate shut-off timing with tenants. We pull the required permit. The county can clarify requirements specific to your address.
