Refund and Return Policy for Keywest Lights & Electric

Overview

At Keywest Lights & Electric, we value your satisfaction. Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Certain products, including custom orders, gift cards, and downloadable software, are non-returnable.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom-made or personalized lighting fixtures
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software and installation guides
  • Clearance or sale items

Return Process

Contact us with your receipt or proof of purchase to initiate a return. Returns must be sent to: {physical address}.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to your original payment method.

Exchanges
